• Who is the most influential woman you know? How do they inspire you?

First, most influential woman would be my Mom! She has always encouraged me to strive for success, no matter what others think. I also am inspired by all the women I work with. Until I worked in the automotive industry, I never realized how much impact WE can make as a team! I have learned so much from all the women we work with day in and day out.

• How do you wish to inspire others?

I hope to lead in a positive way and to help others grow personally and professionally.

• What is your personal motto?

I try to always see the positive in every day. Enjoy the little moments.

• What advice do you give to other women paving their way in the workplace?

Each day, look to learn something new. Ask a lot of questions. Dig deeper to learn whatever you can.
