We purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas from Bismarck motor company in January and had a fantastic experience! We live 3 hours from Bismarck but the customer service we received was well worth the drive! We worked with Preston and he was great! I told him we specifically wanted a bench seat in a 2024 atlas and he was able to send a detailed video of a vehicle that was a new trade in and wasn’t out on the lot yet. Purchased a used 2017 Honda Pilot from Bismark Motor Company drove it less than 300 miles and it started making noise. Bismark Motor Company confirmed it was a transmission issue. Ryan, provided a full credit of the Pilot towards the purchase of another vehicle. I can't thank him enough for taking care of this issue! I love the new Pilot!
My experience is quite surprising. The process for the lease was processed really quick. Though the deal is quite high for the interest, I’m satisfied with Preston Engelhard service. He made sure that I have an option after being turned down by HONDA. My Volkswagen Atlas didn’t let me down during the tough days of winter. Handling and grip in snow is really great.
