• Who is the most influential woman you know? How do they inspire you?

My Mom would be the most influential woman I know. She has influenced me in many ways, whether it be in my work life or my personal life. Simply put, she has taught me how to be a hard worker and a good person.

• How do you wish to inspire others?

I would want others to know they can be themselves…be real…flaws and all. No one is perfect, so don’t expect yourself to be.

• What is your personal motto?

I try to remind myself to not sweat the small stuff, is this going to matter a year from now?

• What advice do you give to other women paving their way in the workplace?

Believe in yourself! Whenever I have doubted myself in the past, it was usually for nothing.
