• Who is the most influential woman you know? How do they inspire you?

I am surrounded by strong women who inspire me everyday who thrive in a predominantly male environment. They inspire me with their extraordinary leadership skills and their willingness to be helpful to others. I am also inspired by the acts of kindness and caring my mother & mother-in-law have shown me, and my sister’s leadership and selflessness.

• How do you wish to inspire others?

If I can be defined as strong, helpful, kind & caring, I will consider myself successful.

• What is your personal motto?

“Be objective, find the light.”

• What advice do you give to other women paving their way in the workplace?

Be strong, you are capable of great things. Push your limits – you will be amazed at what you can accomplish.
