• Who is the most influential woman you know?

I am surrounded by some pretty amazing women on a daily basis at work and in life. Witnessing a lot of my friends as amazing mothers, wives and #bossbabes in their industries over the years has truly inspired me. I also really admire and am influenced by Jenna Kutcher – a Midwest entrepreneur and marketing expert. (and of course, my mother – the woman doesn’t sit still!)

• How does she inspire you?

Women are amazing humans and you really can have it all – there is this constant juggling act of being a good wife, good mom, good daughter, eating healthy, working out, and killing it in the workplace. Watching others balance + conquer really inspires me to utilize every hour of everyday to continue to be better (but obviously still take the time for some self-care and Netflix when needed ? )

• How do you wish to inspire others?

To be so effective that I am able to be helpful to others – this is our Vision at BMC – and I truly feel I live this day to day. I love to see other’s successes and celebrate those alongside them. If I can help someone have a better day, do better at their job, and make an impact in their life, I feel accomplished.

• What is your personal motto?

“I’m not bossy, I have leadership skills” – my mother has told me this since I was young, and I feel it still rings true today.

• What advice do you give to other women paving their way in the workplace?

Always be a student – continue to learn, grow, adapt and help – if you’re not growing, you’re dying. Also, never apologize for being a strong and powerful woman.
