Bismarck Motor Company Tuition Reimbursement Program

DID YOU KNOW? Bismarck Motor Company will help you pay for your student loans? We’re always looking for talent to join our team – and we want to make sure you receive the education you need and deserve.

Our Tuition Reimbursement Program provides student loan up to $3,000 for full-time college sophomores who are completing the automotive technology program at a qualifying college.

Bismarck Motor Company will reimburse the student their final year of tuition (two semesters) if they work within a Bismarck Motor Company service department full-time for two complete years after graduation.

* Reimbursement will not be available if the student decides to leave the dealership within the year after graduation. Student will be reimbursed up to $3,000 after one year of employment, and up to $3,000 the second year of employment.
